Being a single parent to a troubled teenager keeps me from writing but it doesn’t stop me from having ideas.  I have story ideas building in my head about one theory as to why no one in my family ever mentioned one of my uncles.  I have two novels in the works (ever so slowly, sad to say) that take place in Sweden.  One has a romance in it while the other mentions a romance in it.  And, just yesterday, I came up with a movie idea that some might consider too much like “We Bought a Zoo” (haven’t seen it yet) but I hope not too much.

Schedule for today:

• finish emails
• go to store for cat litter (Feline Pine)
• clean house a bit
• study Swedish (this is going too slowly for my taste, too)
• watch BritComs on PBS (Are You Being Served; Keeping Up Appearances; Outnumbered)
• go to library
• write a bit
• work (damn, gotta close again tonight)
• pass out and sleep

Let’s hope I can get half of what I really want to do done today.
